What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Supervisor, Quality Assurance is responsible for appropriate compilation and validation of client required reports, ensuring client reporting timelines are met and trending of quality issues are escalated. Participation in corporate quality improvement efforts and initiatives is required. The Supervisor, Quality Assurance is responsible for maintaining and administering the quality monitoring and improvement plan. The Supervisor, Quality Assurance will be the primary liaison for Member complaints.
- Provide leadership and development for direct reports
- Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders to manage and meet contract and client expectations
- Consistently manage Client documentation to ensure optimal audit results and Client satisfaction
- Lead projects by managing the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome to ensure projects are on-schedule and on budget
- Provide updates, tracking and trending analysis to Program Director
- Assist with the day-to-day oversight , monitoring and analysis of all activities related to organizational Quality Operations activities in adherence to identified national standards i.e. URAC
- Ensure the appropriate timeline for response, resolution and reporting of identified service level reports within specific client contracts, state and federal regulations
- Update and report activities to Leadership in a consistent and timely manner
- Provide guidance to staff relating to protocol and procedure interpretation
All you need is...
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Previous experience in quality management, appeals, complaints or grievance management
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Typing speed of 30 WPM
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Even better if you have...
- Previous experience working with Medicaid and or State programs preferred
- Knowledge of Quality & Compliance processes, and federal and state regulations is preferred
- Knowledge of managed care and Quality Assurance systems and processes preferred
- The ability to retain knowledge of various governmental and company requirements for transportation providers and their supporting staff
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all Client, Provider, and Company interactions
- Ability to identify and respond to customer needs and circumstances
- Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of department process and procedures
